Tips for swimming Triathletes

The first section of triathlon race is swimming. For many people, and especially new swimmers, swimming is the most stimulating part of the race.
If you don’t know how to swim or are new to swimming and have some fear with water, and cannot swim in open water like lake or ocean, then you should take swimming lesson in Rotterdam. Where you will learn skills and be confident to swim in open water without fear of any injury or drowning.
You must know that swimming is a very technical water sport. Any improvement made in any swimming technique can decrease your swimming timing. If you are new to swimming and practicing for race, then you should practice slowly. This means that you should always start with short distance after that you should gradually increase your distance and speed. Each week you should increase your distance by 50 meters. Continue to increase your distance very week until you reach to your required goal. If suppose you are practicing for racing distance 500 meters then you should set your goal to 550 meters.



Many swimmers make mistakes while practicing swimming; they practice only to increase their distance with constant speed. They just focus on covering the distance and don’t focus on optimizing the speed. Like this they just cover the distance but get tired soon and decrease their normal speed at the end.
